§ Terms And Conditions


1) Registration and security (Reg./Sec.) fee is NON-REFUNDABLE (under no circumstance is this fee refundable)

2) A cancellation fee of $300.00BBD / $152.00USD / $430.00ECD will be charged and deducted from the course fee if a student discontinues the course within the first two weeks (even if the student only attends 1 class) and THE BALANCE REFUNDED TO THE PAYEE.

3) The cancellation fee is only waved, upon proof, due to medical reasons to him/her self of immediate family member ie; mother, father, brother, sister.

4) Course fee or part thereof is NON-REFUNDABLE after course has started and the student has attended the first 3 weeks of class. However if a student has to discontinue the course due to medical reasons to him/her self, or due to medical emergency to an immediate family member ie; mother, father, brother, sister, or death in the immediate family, during the first 4 weeks of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded to the payee upon proof of the medical emergency either by an original letter signed by the attending physician or a signed fax copy from the doctor bearing the name of the Medical Facility and telephone number on the letterhead. No cancellation fee will be charged once either of these documents is received by the I.A.A.

5) There will be NO REFUND of course fees if a student discontinues after he/she has attended 4 weeks of class.(unless as specified in number 4)

6) In the unlikely event that a student has to be dismissed due to noncompliance of the International Airline Academy’s rules there will be no refund of course fees.

7) If a student has paid the course fee but is unable to start the course THE PAYEE will be FULLY REFUNDED, with NO CANCELLATION FEE DEDUCTED (This does not include the Reg./Sec.Fee).
